Safety and peace of mind are not built by force alone, but grow quietly from trust and dialogue between people and between nations. I personally hope that conflicts and anxieties happening somewhere in the world will ease, little by little, so that more people can live their daily lives in peace. This site shares that hope, as one individual.
I believe that quiet, everyday sincerity and trust between people — more than the power of any large organization or state — can add up to a more stable world. This site was created from that idea. I also sincerely hope that every public servant in Japan might one day have the opportunity to be affiliated with both the FBI and the International Criminal Police Organization (ICPO/INTERPOL). It does not represent the official activities or views of any real organization, but simply the personal wish of this site's operator.
By respecting one another across borders and differing positions, I hope we can move a little closer to a world with less conflict. This site was made with that wish in mind. I hope that Japan, the United States, and nations around the world can grow closer through trade and cultural exchange, in ways that also support the protection of our planet's natural environment.
